International Grourmet Cuisine: Cavonberry's

Cavonberry’s has been in business for over 20 years. With Jack Yang in ownership for the past 4 years, he recently made a wise decision hiring on new head chef Joe Giudice who has made some significant improvements in the International Gourmet restaurant. Joe, a graduate fro the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, as been a long time Italian sea food chef for over 33 years. Now a member of the Cavonberry family, Joe has added some great new additions to the menu. He will never use a mix in his cooking.

Cavonberry’s, open from 6am to 6pm, serves a full open grill breakfast, featuring their popular baked cinnamon apple oatmeal. They hand make all their muffins, also serving a variety of bagels, fruit parfaits, and egg dishes. For lunch, Cavonberry’s serves a great selection where Chef Giudice is pleased to satisfy the customer. Cavonberry’s features 8 daily handmade soups. The Chef prepares a wide selection of Hot Entrees and international food centered upon chicken, beef, pork, seafood, grilled or Cajun salmon, and fresh tuna. Enjoy your hot entrĂ©e on a platter, (which comes with two sides) on a sandwich or on a salad. Serving vegetarian entrees as well, Chef Giudice will prepare anything for his customers, noting that, “If you don’t see it here, just ask and I will make it for you.”With 40 different toppings and 16 different salad dressings, you can have fun creating your own salad at a great price – Just $5.50 for a small, or $6.50 for a large; 4 toppings are included in the price with your choice of romaine, mixed or mescaline greens. Chef Giudice would be happy to slice some fresh “Spicy” Burbon chicken, or place a great jumbo lump crab cake on top of your hand crafted greens.

With homemade desserts, such as his traditional Zeppoles – deep fried dough covered with powered sugar “just as light as a doughnut”– feel free to enjoy Cavonberry’s at your next office event or party. Cavonberry’s serves fresh catering platters at just one hours notice. Again, the Chef is more than happy to make the platter however you want it.
