Just to set the record straight: Big Nick built the place at 70 West 71st, designed the menu, developed the recipes and standards, and operated it for several years. Jimmy then took over. Nick is still at the original Big Nick's at Bway & 77th where he continues to develop and innovate. The two owners are friends and cooperate with each other. (Mrs. Nick)
