Manhattan Chili Co. Offers Fresh Local Ingrediants for the Best Chili in Town

Manhattan Chili Co., family owned and operated since 1984, has re-opened with a new format, the All Natural Chili Bar.

The beef chilis are now made with Wolfe's Neck Farm (Maine) Naturally Raised beef (grass fed/grain finished). Wolfe's Neck Farm is a collective of 150 family farms in Maine dedicated to sustainable agricultural practices and supporting family farming.

The poultry chilis are made with Murray's All Natural chickens and turkeys that roam freely in the Amish countryside, and are raised without antibiotics, growth stimulants, pesticides or hormones. Murray's is the first poultry company in America to be awarded the "Certified Humane Raised and Handled" Certification.


All Natural also means that there are no preservative or trans fats in our food preparation or purchased products (Applegate Farms Hot Dogs, Skytop Smoked Turkey, Maria & Ricardo's Tortillas, and more).

Menu specialties include Hot Honey Bites, the Grilled Chicken Soft Taco (now with roasted red pepper pesto), two types of Dines Farm Catskill Mountain Sausage, Grilled Chicken and Green Salsa Burrito, & the Chicken Tortilla Pie (a Southwestern lasagna).
